About Calvary Chapel Chester Springs: Established from a Bible study stemming from Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia, Calvary Chapel Chester Springs was founded by Pastor Chris Swansen in 1996. Originally meeting in a West Chester home, this small fellowship quickly outgrew its initial location and subsequently held gatherings in an apartment complex clubhouse in nearby Exton. By 1997, the fellowship had relocated to the West Chester Senior Center and introduced its Sunday morning service. Subsequently, in June 2006, Calvary Chapel Chester Springs transitioned to its current church building situated at 217 Dowlin Forge Road in Exton, Pennsylvania. The congregation warmly invites individuals to partake in worship services, Bible studies, children's and youth ministry activities, and other community engagement events.

Belonging to an international network of churches founded by Pastor Chuck Smith of Costa Mesa, California, Calvary Chapel Chester Springs draws upon the roots of a ministry that emerged during the youth movement of the 1960s and 70s.
